1. What types of products do you specialize in?

We offer everyday essentials for cats and dogs, including walking harnesses, leashes, travel sleeping mats, stainless steel bowls, breakaway safety collars, and interactive enrichment toys[cite: 6, 7]. 2. How do I choose the right harness or collar size for my pet?

Each harness and collar listing includes specific neck, chest, or girth measurements in centimeters and inches[cite: 7]. We recommend using a soft measuring tape around the widest part of your pet's ribcage and base of the neck, leaving two fingers of breathing room for a comfortable and secure fit.

3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are processed promptly. If you need to make changes or cancel, please email us immediately at support@boutsendierenspeciaalzaakhengelsport.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched with the carrier, it must be handled through our standard return process.

4. Where do you ship, and what are the delivery times?

We fulfill all orders directly from our Maasmechelen store to addresses across Belgium and the Netherlands[cite: 1]. Handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit time is typically 1–3 business days for Belgium and 2–4 business days for the Netherlands.

5. How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping within Belgium is €4.95 (Free for orders over €49.00). Standard shipping to the Netherlands is €6.95 (Free for orders over €59.00). In-store pickup at our Maasmechelen location is always free[cite: 1, 2].

6. How can I track my shipment?

Once your package is handed over to our parcel courier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your direct parcel tracking link and tracking number.

7. What payment methods are accepted?

8. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy along with your statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. We charge €0.00 restocking fees.
